PLEASE MEASURE BEFORE BOOKING: Due to the height of this waterslide, additional space is required for proper tethering and anchoring. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the setup area meets the full minimum space requirements listed above. The required space includes room for anchor points and stabilization tethers extending beyond the inflatable itself.

SETUP AREA: The setup area must be flat, clear, and free of debris, pet waste, toys, furniture, sticks, rocks, and other obstacles before our arrival. Please notify us of any irrigation systems, septic systems, underground utilities, or other underground obstacles in the setup area, as the waterslide must be properly secured with stakes and stabilization tethers.

POWER & WATER: Access to a standard electrical outlet and a water source within reach of the setup area are required.

RENTAL TIME: Standard rentals include setup between 8–10 AM, with pickups beginning around 5 PM. Setup and pickup times may vary based on our delivery schedule, available daylight, and weather conditions.

NEED IT LATER? Please contact us before booking if your event extends beyond our standard pickup time. Overnight or additional-day rentals may be available for an additional fee.

Depending on our delivery schedule, we may set up your waterslide the evening before your rental at no additional charge.

WEATHER: All rentals are weather dependent. For the safety of our customers, crew, and equipment, Lowcountry Party People reserves the right to adjust setup and pickup times based on weather conditions. This may mean setting up or picking up earlier or later than our standard times. If conditions make setup or continued use unsafe, we also reserve the right to cancel or end a rental early.
